Background

Combat Direction Systems Activity Dam Neck (CDSADN), Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) Division provides hardware and software products, solutions, systems engineering for Integrated Training Systems (ITS) and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support for current and next generation shipboard and shore-based platforms utilized by the United States Navy, Foreign Navies and Coalition Forces.

Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Provide Contractor support for sustainment and modernization support assigned to Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dam Neck (CDSADN) for Integrated Training Systems (e.g. Battle Force Tactical Training (BFIT), shipboard installation support and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR)) Integration and Interoperability facility support.
  • This support includes the following:
  • Training systems installation and removal, on-site operation and maintenance sustainment support, and shipboard proofing or equipment alterations for evaluation of engineering design and logistic support items.
  • Analysis of installation design and physical layout to assess reliability, ease of maintenance and suitability to meet equipment or system operational performance requirements is required. The effort provides support for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements such as maintenance and updating of technical manuals, requirements documentation, Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) and all other elements of logistics support for modernization and inservice support efforts.
