  • The contractor shall align and follow the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) survey process. The contractor shall only survey and identify deficient practices in SVHs in accordance with Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 51 Per Diem for Nursing Home, Domiciliary, or Adult Day Health Care of Veterans in State Homes federal regulations.
