Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide IT services required to support the full operational and maintenance lifecycle of all classified and unclassified systems and infrastructure for AAG managed systems, to include, but not limited to, the following functional areas: Desktop Administration, Network Support and Infrastructure, Operational Server Support, IT Asset Management, Operations Project Management, Operations Configuration Management, Operations Change Management, Incident Analysis and Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Datacenter Operations & Maintenance Oversight (all government owned equipment), Capacity Management, Information Assurance (IA) and Systems Security, Database Support, and Systems Support.
  • At times AAG is tasked by Senior Army Leadership to provide emergency support to various projects/efforts in support of mission needs. Contractor will be required to provide surge support to quickly provide application access, increase network security requirements, enhance web interfaces, dashboards, web pages, database management for logistics, financial, personnel Page 2 of 33 tracking, accounting, evaluating, and data analysis as required. The projects require the same skill sets as established by this PWS. Work will be conducted as a surge due to the time constraints and nature of the requirement. AAG anticipated no more than 8 special, time sensitive projects based on historical records. Contractor shall support increase workload as needed to meet mission requirements as directed and approved by the by AAG COR.
