  • The Contractor shall provide IT enterprise support services, including program/project management; systems, application, and database administration; software/system technical support; cyber security; and disaster recovery, to OIT in order to sustain OIT operations and OIT remediation support services. OIT is evolving based on the ChooseVA reorganization and OIT support services will be evolving throughout the life of the contract, where performance and support may be adjusted in order to support consolidating, transforming, and modernizing IT services across the enterprise
