  • The National Training Center (NTC) at Ft Irwin CA requires contractor furnished rotary wing air transportation of 5 passengers with baggage and occasional external slings loads from Bicycle Lake Army Air Field at Ft Irwin CA to destinations within a 200 mile radius. The helicopters are needed to transport technicians and equipment to austere locations to support the operation and maintenance of the NTC communications/instrumentation network, located on a mountain top.
