The Contractor shall provide resources, including skilled personnel, with capabilities and experience relating to existing technologies and methodologies that address current transportation systems issues as well as cutting edge technologies and methodologies that show promise in transforming the future of the transportation systems enterprise, including systems/analytics and cloud computing systems technology. The Contractor will bring a knowledge of and experience in transportation systems and functions to the work requirement in the functional areas outlined below.
