Requirements

  • This U&SI project provides a critical path for the necessary electrical, communications, and fencing infrastructure backbone of the B-21 Beddown at Dyess AFB. The project includes security compliant flightline perimeter PL3 fencing that will replace the existing non-compliant airfield security fencing at Dyess AFB.
  • The project will be directly applied to all future projects for the B-21 Program by completing the main electrical and communication pathways to be available for connection by each individual project to follow. The U&SI project provides primary infrastructure prior to the construction and operation of many B-21 Beddown projects on a site-by-site basis.
