Requirements

  • The contractor will furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform Primary Care and Mental Health Services at Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) in Armstrong County, Clarion County and Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Services will be furnished by the contractor to eligible beneficiaries of the Butler VA Healthcare System. The contractor will provide one (1) CBOC in each of these (3) locations for a total of three (3) CBOCs
