Requirements

The objective of this contract is to provide web and mobile application development and management support to the MHS as identified within the scope of this PWS. Examples of this support include:

  • Provide a web and mobile development, sustainment, migration and support team that can produce consistent, available, and reliable software design, development, and related support utilizing ITIL and Information Technologies Service Management (ITSM) best practices for continual service improvement
  • Effectively design and develop websites and mobile apps responsive to customer requirements; develop, deploy, operate, and modernize Assistant Secretary of Defense (HA) and DHA websites; optimize functionality and the user experience; and assist WMT in executing development-related projects as determined by the WMT governance process
  • Provide project management, business analysis, network security, and systems engineering as required in support of WMT
  • Provide support to database applications, operating within Windows based Client/Server environments; support will include design, engineering, implementation, testing, integration and maintenance of database web applications.
