Requirements

  • The project includes construction of a 24,500 square foot, one-story facility including the foundation, floor slab, frame, roof, façade, stud and interior walls, interior finishes, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and communications systems. The facility will include drive through bays sized to current Aircraft Rescue and Fire fighting vehicle requirements and a sleep space sized to accommodate 22 beds. The project will further include paved parking and accessway, signage, lighting, and all necessary support work. Demolition of the existing fire station, Building 415, a 9,365 square foot facility, is also required.
