Background

MyVector HRIS Platform is a mature IT solution providing users access to (currently) three applications:  MyVector Force Development and Mentoring, Talent Marketplace, and Senior Leader Career Management System.  All three applications are currently viable and continue to grow to meet the needs of a wider user base, with a demand for additional software features.  The fourth application, Online Training, and Education management, is a new application required by the AF to project, track and report on emerging training requirements.

Requirements

  • Provide IT support of the MyVector HRIS Platform to include day-to-day operations on system operational administration services for the identified applications. The contractor shall conduct day-to-day operations, trouble-shooting, development, transitions, installations, integration, modernization, conversions, cutovers, and sustainment of all operational software/ web-based applications, functions, and IT components. Applications include: MyVector Force Development, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), Talent Market Place, Senior Leader Career Management System (SLCMS), Force Engagements,  Air Force Automated Education System (AFAEMS), etc.Support shall include but is not limited to:
    • Adding, changing, or deleting user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
    • Develop and/or maintain database and system configuration diagrams and manuals.
    • Maintaining and troubleshooting distribution lists, key personnel rosters and system access lists (SAL) announcement pages.
    • Maintaining up-to-date listing of user accounts, passwords, software licenses, systems file directories and system documentation and accreditation.
    • Creating, allocating, monitoring, and restoring data files and space.
    • Operating, trouble-shooting, and repairing system software malfunctions.
    • Developing and posting notifications/announcements.
    • Implement methodology for systems capacity planning and reporting.
    • Formatting and updating content information screens and tabs.
    • Monitoring site and page use.
    • Updating and maintaining code for existing platform and services.
    • Provide solutions to operating system problems.
    • Implementing and sustaining interfaces with systems of record.
    • Troubleshoot, maintain, and manage uploading of content.
    • Data integration and migration.
    • Updating and testing new configurations.
    • Tracking users.
    • System updates to include new development.
    • Data analysis.
    • System testing.
