Requirements

  • The Customer Success Task Order will provide CDAO platform and service users one of their primary interfaces with CDAO. Currently CDAO has over 85k users and insufficient service desk support. CDAO projects the need to scale to over 1M users in the near term and all of DoD in coming years. A Successful Help Desk and Customer Success TO will create knowledge management repositories, self service capabilities and extensively leverage automation tools to increase the efficiency or fulfilling custom.
