Background

Corporate Operations Department, Corporate Communications Division, Code 103 provides strategic counsel, planning, and execution of communication for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) internal and external communication and is responsible for informing, promoting, and marketing the successes of NSWCDD Dahlgren, NSWCDD Dam Neck Activity, and the 8,000-member workforce as well as local community leaders, elected officials, Program Executive Offices, and other Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall:
    • Provide corporate communications, public affairs, visual information and technical library support for ongoing initiatives in Code 103, to include program management, speechwriting, writing and editing, exhibit services, photography support, print, photo, video, broadcast production, digital signage, web page development, technical editing, archiving, research, library, and multimedia support.
