The Department of Veterans Affairs, the Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), has updated the pre-
solicitation for the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation Two (T4NG2)
Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity multiple award contract.
This will be a 5-year base plus 1, with a 5-year option. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price, Cost
Reimbursement, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Time, and Materials. The NAICS code for this
contract is 541512, or Computer Systems Design Services.
Through this opportunity presented to Small Businesses, the Government is requiring the Industry to
compete to provide IT and Telecom – Business Application/Application Development Support Services.
This Request for Information intends that all companies interested in participating in showing their
interest by providing responses to the areas under Market Research Company Information. With your
responses, you will help the Government get information that can be considered in the compilation of
the RFP.
According to the research, we have understood that the place of performance shall be identified in
individual Task Orders. It is expected that the locations will be Government or non-Government sites
within the continental United States (CONUS) and/or outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
Moreover, these locations may include but are not limited to Federal, State, VA, or military data centers,
facilities, regional offices, benefits delivery centers, medical treatment facilities, health clinics, and
Tricare facilities as defined in individual Task Orders.

questions or comments in writing by 2 PM EST on February 7, 2023.
